While sheep were allowed to ‘temik in the diet at a rate of 25.5 ppm. oral LD50 in rats was ‘foundto be 0.93 mg/kg. Body weight while carbofuran was 11 mg/kg. b.Wt. Along the experimental duration, blood and sera samp1s were taken for haeniatological, and biochemical enzymatic studies, also tissue samples from different organ of Rat and sheep treated with teinik, were taken for both bistopathological examination and residues detection. |
