Abstract
The main focus of this thesis is on using modern Artificial intelligent techniques to get more accurate predictions of sea level than the most common used(harmonic method). This prediction is very important for safe of marine navigation and other marine operations. This thesis has contributed to both sea level prediction and the application of neural networks technique by using the benefits of neural networks in sea level prediction.
