Abstract
The Two Mixed Frrites Cu1+x Six Fe2-2x O4 And Cu1+x Fe2-2x O4 (where x=0.01, 0.05,0.1 0.15 0.2 025& 0.3) Were Prepared from High Purity Oxides Using The Standard Ceramic Technique. The Oxides Were Pressed Under Comstant Pressure Of (3xiD& Pa) To Form Pellets Wits With 13 mm Diameter. The Samples Were Finally Sintered At 1000* C For 10 Hrs .Several Techniques Were Used To Investigate The Prepared Samples As: X-ray Diffraction And IR To Study The Structure, Direct Current (d.c) And Altemating Current (a.c) Measurements To Investingate The Electric And Dielectric Properties Of The Prepared Samples.
