Abstract The aim of the present work is to test the different factors affecting the production of B - Lactamase enzyme by the bacterium B - cereus under submerged fermentation 1 - A variety of bacterialstrains were cultivated in trypticsoy broth using submerged fermentation under shaked conditions the tested bacteria exhibited different capacities to produce B - lactamase and the enzyme exhibited different capacities for hydrolyzing the tested B - lactam antibiotics. |
