Abstract The study evaluated apex locator and rotary instrumentation in vitro and clinically in 135 primary molars. The root canals were prepared according to endodontic standards. The in vitro samples were histologically evaluated. The clinical cases were followed up for one year. The results showed that the apex locator was highly accurate. There was no significant difference between the instrumentation techniques. The pulpectomy outcome was highly successful after the follow up. |
