The success of the theatre activity and achieving its goals depends greatly on
the good planning which has certain clear goals placed by the theatre specialist
inside school in the frame of the goals of the educational establishment
For the specialist to play his role perfectly , he should have a group of
required professional competencies .the main goal to specify the professional
competencies of the school theatre specialist is that his role becomes effective
in the educational process and the integerated bringing up of the students and
subsequently he will be able to understand their needs and to guide them and be
able to use the best means and techniques in achieving the theatre activity and its
goals ,therefore it is necessary to play attention to him in all the professional ,
planning , organizing , executive , and evaluating aspects .
It seems to be in need of doing this current study that aims to mention the
performance profession competencly needed for developing the performance the
theatre specialist in the prep schools, which considered to be the main guidance’s
to develop and improve hiss kills and abilities ,and achieve recognizing the
defect, shortage in the levels of the theatre specialists in our Egyptian school in
general and to get the main benefit from this important educational activity.
