Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multi-organ autoimmune disorder, with a complex etiology including genetic, hormonal and environmental factors.immune dysregulation leads to an autoimmune response with abnormal cellular breakdown and the priduction of autoantibodies directed against nuclear antigens.
