Abstract

Classification cosmic galaxies is a starting point toward a more profound understanding of the images and their properties , including in respect of great importance to know about the origin and evolution of the universe . Research work has been many and varied as an attempt to understand the workings of rating pictures of galaxies cosmic some of which were mentioned in the letter . The main problem is that the images of galaxies can not be handled as tangible objects in the laboratory and the morphology of the galaxy , which depends on the imaging telescopes and their characteristics . In this letter has been submitted three techniques and the main objective is to reach to build an automatic system to classify images of galaxies cosmic efficiently too high to distinguish between a basic four galaxies (Spiral, Barred Spiral, Elliptical, and irregular).
It is worth mentioning that the three techniques that have been tortuous rely on
( Intelligent Systems ) , which is considered a mainstay in Computer Science in this message has been the work of a new strategy to extract features (Feature extraction phase) for each image was used from a database record (Zsolt Frei).
And extract the most important features / characteristics of the images and the most useful in the classification process to reach high efficiency.
And the use of different types of neural networks to carry out the classification. Provide three techniques to build an automatic galaxy image classification. Work full study between the performances of different types in the classification process.
Create an automatic system to classify the entire galaxies and cosmic action catalogue special properties of each galaxy.
Divided this research into a number six chapters : chapter one presents introduction and also includes a major problem in research and research objectives , Chapter two presents an introduction to intelligent systems such as neural networks and types and it is clarified and knowledge database that have been dealt with a database record and the types of telescopes used by and location and properties of the cameras in this telescopes , Chapter three: The two methods are presented for the construction of an automatic system used for rating images of galaxies , Chapter four : The other way to provide for the classification of images, chapter five : provides a comparison of the results for each method of the three methods mentioned above in the previous chapters . chapter sixth : gives the final conclusions of this research and what can be submitted later than the ideas of coming researchers.
