Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare the stresses induced by two extra coronal attachments used for retaining distal extension RPD on the supporting structures in distal extension cases.
The two attachments are:
Resilient extra-coronal attachment (OT Reverse/3) with splinting of premolars.
Rigid extra-coronal attachment (Telescope Crown) with splinting of premolars.
