Abstract

Assertive behavior for nursing staff has been the foundation of all fealth care providers and professional as well people at all. As health care organizations continually strive to improve, there is growing recognition of the importance of behaving assertively. Attribute of assertiveness, assertiveness techniques, courage of assertiveness autonomy of assertiveness, and authenticity of assertiveness. assertive behavior encourages nursing staff to identify potential or actual errors take appropriate actions to prevent harm and cesclose appropriate information on errors to facilate learning and redesign of care processes.
