المستخلص The introduction of accreditation system for educational institutions is no longer a secondary issue, The prevalence of the use of TQM concepts in educational institutions which drew attention to the need to take the appropriate accreditation as one of the entrances to the system to achieve quality in education, Although interest in the educational system, improve and develop it became a necessity for being a true measure of the civilization and progress of the nation at the present time, Contemporary global challenges necessitate the creation of two types of educational system development cycle to work in educational institutions in line with the educational and administrative developments, The Total Quality Management in Education from recent trends, which had been in great demand and years to develop the management of educational institutions By building a deep culture of quality for comprehensive sense and find a base of values and principles that make everyone in the organization knows that the quality responsibility. The present study aimed at:1. Visualize a proposal to improve Azhar Institutes Elementary School, and to overcome the problems that inhibit their access to accreditation, this will be through: 2. Definition of the conceptual framework for the existence and reliance on Azhar pre-university education.3. Disclose the reality of Al-Azhar institutes Dakahlia governorate in terms of qualifying for accreditation and getting it.4. Monitoring problems that prevent the achievement of quality standards and accreditation in Azhar primary institutes 5. Reach some of the necessary measures for the rehabilitation of Al-Azhar institutes for accreditation.The most important results:1. Most indicators of quality and accreditation in Azhar primary institutes got a low degree check.2. Identifying the problems that hinder the application of reliable quality and accreditation in Azhar primary institutes within four dimensions: (administrative obstacles, physical obstacles, educational obstacles, technological obstacles). 3. Indicate requirements for the rehabilitation of Al-Azhar primary institutes within six dimensions:(Outreach requirements, administrative requirements, physical requirements, educational requirements, technological requirements, and special requirements of the accreditation standards). |
