Results of the study revealed that the level of the textbook’s readability was rather low. The researcher concluded that there is a positive correlation between the linguistic level and the readability of Mathematics textbook of prep stage pupils. It is also concluded that there are significant differences between the males and females in the students’ achievement in the cloze test itself in favor of the female group at the first and third grades, but in favor of the male group at the second grade. |
