Abstract This clinical prospective randomized study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of new treatment protocol for non-muscle invasive bladder tumors composed of pulsed dendritic cells with tumor antigen and BCG therapy following transurethral resection as regards recurrence and progression Patients Twenty patients with age ranged from 49 – 80 with mean of 64.5 years. The main presenting symptoms of patients were hematuria, dysuria and obstructive symptoms in the form of hesitancy and weak stream. These patients had non muscle invasive bladder tumors and were endoscopically treated by complete TURBT. Two weeks post TURBT patients were divided into 2 groups: |
