المستخلص The main objective of this study is to recognize the role of the creative thinking to gain a competitive advantage for the human element within the software industry sector, also to try determining the influence of the creative thinking characteristics on the competitive advantage of the human element and identify the most influential characteristics of the creative thinking of competitive advantage for the human element. Depending on the data obtained from the survey that was conducted on a sample representing of managers of software companies in Arab Republic of Egypt (sample = 253 single). The outcomes signify the existence of moral influence relation between the creative thinking characteristics and the competitive advantage for the human element also show the increase of the percentage effect of details, fluency and internal motivation as one of the creative thinking characteristics of the rest on the competitive advantage. |
