المستخلص Objectives : 1- Identifying extension workers’ opinions towards the influence of individual and environmental factors on training programs. 2- Exploring impacts of the training programs on job performance, job belonging and job creativity. 3- Determining the relationship between the availability of individual and environmental factors levels from the extension workers point of view and achieving training impacts. Methods& Results : The sample consists of 100 extension worker who had attained training which has been organizing by the Central Administration of Training at the last three years before data collection (2012-2014) at the different extension directorates of Dakhalia Governorate representing 49.26% of the universe. Data were collected during August and September 2015 by a questionnaire through personal interview. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using percentage analysis, standard deviation, mean, t test, F test and correlation to arrive at meaningful conclusions and recommendable implications.The main results of the study could be summarized as follows: The attitude of extension workers towards training before joining had a relative weight 74.76%. The attitude of extension workers towards training during joining had a relative weight 70.06%. The attitude of extension workers towards training after joining had a relative weight 68.13%. The attitude of extension workers towards training design and delivery before joining had a relative weight 64.82%.The attitude of extension workers towards training design and delivery during joining had a relative weight 65.17%. The attitude of extension workers towards training design and delivery after joining had a relative weight 66.13%. Conclusion Number of the training programs and agricultural experience had highly significant relationship with job performance. All personal attributes had no significant relationship with both of job belonging and job creativity.The variables of ”self-efficacy” and ”conscientiousness” had significant relationship with all components of the training impacts. There is a positive significant relationship between practices after training with both of job performance and job belonging. |
