Abstract The study is aimed to evaluate the possible growth promoting effect of bacillus licheniformis (GalliproTect )® and avillamycin, their effect on immune system of the bird, performance, antibiotic resistance and residue which consider major health problem for consumers were taken in consideration. The present investigation was carried out on four hundred one day old commercial arbor. Acres plus broiler chicks were used in this study Chicks were divided into six equal groups of seventy birds of each . All broilers were fed ad libitum a commercial starter diet during first 2 weeks of age and commercial grower and finisher diet diet from 2-4 weeks of age. Our result revealed that bacillus licheniformis (GalliproTect )® as growth promotors to enhance body weight, performance, FCR, dressing rate and lowering mortality . It also significantly increase immunological parameters (HI , HA and pahagocytic activity), biochemical parameters “(ALT , AST ) . Quantitative and qualitative PCR for alpha toxin production, count of clostridium perfringes and tissue pathology, intestinal length , diameter and rate of regeneration were detected. |
