Abstract
This study aims at detection of serum levels of interleukin 2 and interleukin 31 in patients with chronic urticaria.Chronic urticaria is a challenging disease for the dermatologists with many treatment modalities due to its autoimmune etiology.This study tries to find the role of IL 2 & IL 31 ” which are mediators of itching ” in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria aiming to find new treatment modalities targeting IL 2 or IL 31.
