المستخلص This study aims to determine The relationship between effectiveness of e-recruitment advertisements and applicant attraction”An Empirical Study on the social networking sites Facebook for hiring. In order to collect primary data, an electronic questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some Candidates for the jobon the social networking sites Facebook for hiring. Sample size is 384, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study show that all dimensions of the Effectiveness of e-recruitment advertisements which represented in (employer reputation, employer familiarity, richness website, and job information) are positively related with applicant attraction. Also results show that Effectiveness of e-recruitment advertisements (as independent variables) have a significant effect on applicant attraction (as dependent variables). |
