Abstract The present study was conducted on thirty adult healthy balady ducks. Macroscopical studies were carried on both sexes to study their morphology and latex neoprene injection technique, for demonstration of their arterial blood supply as well as histological studies were applied through H&E and Masson stain. The urinary system constituted of cranial renal lobe, middle renal lobe, caudal renal lobe and ureter, their main arterial blood supply was oriented by cranial, middle and caudal renal arteries. The female genital tract constituted of two main parts on the left side of celomic cavity; the ovary and the oviduct, where the latter was divided into five different regions; infundibulum, magnum, isthmus, shell gland (uterus) and vagina, their arterial blood supply was originated from ovarian artery, accessory cranial oviductal artery, middle oviductal artery, caudal oviductal artery and vaginal artery. The male genitalia formed of testis, epididymal region, ductus deferens and male copulatory organ (phallus), their blood supply derived from testicular artery, ureterodeferential branches and phallic branches. |
