Abstract
This study aims to tested toxicity of some compounds against cotton leafworm S. littoralis (Lufenuron, Teflubenzuron, Indoxacarb, Kz oil, Protecto and Chlorpyrifos under field and laboratory condition, determination of biological effects and biochemical effect under laboratory condition Field experiments were out at Kafr Sakr region, Sharkia Government, Egypt during the two cotton growing seasons of 2013 and 2014 Laboratory experiments were at plant protection Research institute Sharkia on the 2nd and 4th instar larvae to tested toxicity and determination of biological and on the 4th biochemical effects (Invertase,Trehalase, Amylase, AST,ALT,and Total soluble protein. Results of the study show there are highly significant differences between compounds in 2013 and 2014 seasons the obtained results indoxacorb compound was most potent and lufenuron highest cumulative mortality Also results show that there are significant differences in the variables in determination of biological effects and biochemical effects.
