Abstract
Thesis research focuses on the sustainability of the residential and its effect on maintenance. maintenance is considered one of the most important ways of preserving the residential building. sustainability become one of the most popular expression in modern building engineering for the depletion of the natural resources and the wealth of nations. the resiential buildings are considered one of the most important wealth resources for the countries. preserving regular maintenance is one of ways keeping the building in its good condition and increasing the lifespan of the buildings. there are many factors affecting in the maintance process and improving the maintenance ability in increasing the life span buildings compoents.
