Abstract

Health care organizations are social entities composed of health care providers and their relationships. So nurses` behaviors and the affecting factors are of great importance to obtain better knowledge about the organizations. Nurses are fundamental to the delivery of quality health care across the continuum of care and one of the most important human resources in the health care system. When nurses are surrounded by a high level of ethics, they are likely to engage in more organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in return for ethical and fair treatment by the organization.
Perceived work climate has been related to various work outcomes such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job involvement, workplace violence, job performance and organizational citizenship behavior.
