المستخلص
The research aims at studying the effect of administrative discipline on the quality of service .that was applied on the executive sector of Alexandria and Bahari netwoks.The researcher depended on the random sample which reached 317 items. The researcher used a survey list prepared to collect data about the study variables. That represents dimensions as an independent variable and the quality of service as a dependent variable. He also used Cronbach ALPHA coefficient to calculate reliability and trustiness coefficients. He used Pearson’s correlation coefficient and simple and multiple regression way to analyze the data. The researcher got the result that there is a significant relation between all dimensions of administrative discipline and the quality of service as well as a significant effect of all dimensions of administrative discipline of workers on the service.
