Abstract Introduction:.Anatomy of frontal sinus and history of methods of management of the sinus fractures The aim of work:evaluate the current methods of management and put an algorithm for the management Research Plan:.20 cases were included in this descriptive longitudinal study, all were males and age ranging between 14-45 years, conducted in plastic surgery department – emergency hospital of Mansoura university between July 2017 and July 2018 Results:the different methods are used according to the pattern of fractures and associated injuries with different complications for each method Conclusion:.A good strategy for management of frontal sinus fractures should depend mainly on three items respectively: Cerebro-Spinal fluid leakage, Naso-frontal duct injury and displacement of the anterior table fractures. |
