Abstract Breast cancer is the commonest non-skin cancer and it is the second cause of cancer death in woman.The aim of the present study is to evaluate the antitumor activity of rat MSC, SeNPs formulated by fermented soy and low dose of y radiation againts mammary gland cancer in vitro (MCF-7)and in vivo (female rats) and there combined treatment.MSC isolated from bone marrow of rats,SeNPs prepared using fermented soy milk, low doses of y radiation,MCF-7 cell lines,in vivo study we used 120 virgin female rats divided into 12 groups. |
