Abstract Background: Successful pregnancy outcomes are possible among all solid organ transplant recipients. Patients should be fully counseled regarding the potential adverse fetal outcomes, including prematurity and low birth weight. Aim of the Work: the aim of the study is to review and focus on giving power and strength to transplanted patients undergoing elective cesarean section better than past times. Conclusion: Pregnancy outcomes in female liver transplant recipients are similar to nontransplant women. Physicians should be knowledgeable regarding the timing of pregnancy, methods of contraception and the safety and adverse effects of immunosuppressants as they relate to pregnancy. The risk and benefits of continuing a recipients’ immunosuppression strategy should be carefully discussed. |
