Abstract ceramic laminate veneers show provide successful esthetic and functional long-term service for patients. Color match, mechanical properties that can be stand for long time and marginal integrity. The minimum-thickness anterior ceramic laminate veneers may be a conservative and esthetic alternative to re - establish the form, shape, and color of anterior teeth .Mechanical behavior and marginal integrity is one of the major factors that effect on longterm prognosis of any restorations. This clinical study was done to evaluate color stability of dual cure adhesive resin cement without amine group in comparison with the light cure adhesive resin cement. Twenty two ceramic laminate veneers were fabricated for maxillary anterior teeth.Teeth were divided into two groups according to the material that used for fabrication. One group was fabricated from e.max cad and second group fabricated from Vita enamic. All of teeth used in this study have the same preparation design butt joint preparation with surrounding chamfer finish line and finish line located above supra gingival by 1mm. For standardizations all veneers fabricated using the same technique by using Cad\Cam (Vhf S1) machine. And using the same design software (Exocad).veneers surfaces were treated and silanated. The enamel surfaces were etched and bonded. In case of dentine exposure during preparations we follow immediate dentine sealing protocol. All veneers were lutted by total etch adhesive cement(Bisco Choice 2) and follow the same procedure for two material. The mean and standard deviation values were calculated for each group in each test. Data were explored for normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests, data showed non-parametric (not normal) distribution. The data obtained by evaluating each assessment criteria were statistically analyzed using the Chi-square test. The significance level was set at P ≤ 0.05. Statistical analysis was performed with IBM® SPSS® Statistics Version 20 for Windows. |
