The rapid changes in the business environment threaten the survival of many organizations. The new global economy driven by information technology, global consumer culture, emerging global standards and opportunities for corporate sharing have radically changed the environment in which today’s organizations exist. With these changes in this renewable environment, organizations must be flexible in order to respond in a timely manner to the requirements and pressures of the environment. In this competitive era, the material and human resource is one of the important requirements of the business environment. However, the human element is one of the most important resources and the most important property of the Organization. It is the main pillar in ensuring the survival and continuity of the organizations and their success. Hence, the interest in empowering the employees, which is the result of the development of many concepts in the field of human resources management, is seen as the technology of empowering workers as one of the best methods that the organization must adopt in order to continue and excel in an environment of successive changes. In order to continue and excel in an environment of successive changes. Empowerment is a new concept for organizations as a strategy of change, helping organizations to arrange their internal situation in proportion to rapid environmental changes in the workplace. The concept of institutional performance is one of the concepts that have received a lot of attention and research because of the importance of the concept at the level of the individual and the organization and the interaction of the influences that affect the institutional performance and diversity. This study seeks to test the relationship between the empowerment of employees and the performance of institutions and to determine the nature of the relationship with the medical profession of medicines. And the nature of the role played by enabling workers to influence institutional performance.
