Abstract Nursing staff is an important force in planning and executing organizational goals of the hospital.Nursing staff who perceive unfairness in the workplace may exhibit varying degrees of negative behavior it influence their commitment to the organization and their performance.. Aim of the study to assess hospital management justice, trust and it’s relation to nursing staff hospital commitment. Setting: The study was conducted in all department of El-Mahalla General Hospital affiliated to Ministry of Health. Subject: included all (N=300)nursing staff working in El-Mahalla General Hospital. Tool: Data was collected using nursing staff perception of hospital management justice, trust and commitment questionnaire sheet.Results: The majority of the nursing staff had low level of justice,low level of trust and low level of commitment. Conclusion: There were a highly positive correlation between justice, trust and commitment domains. Recommendation: Providing nursing staff educational program to improve their perception of hospital justice, trust and commitment. |
