First of all, evolution is the nature of life, and therefore evolution has an impact on all its economic, social, political, and legal aspects, and of its manifestations that we are seeing now we find in the field of communications and information, and this development has led to the emergence of new terms and concepts that did not exist before, so the term appeared Electronic transactions means the exchange of goods, products and services via the Internet, and the term electronic signature has also appeared and it is a signature used in electronic contracts concluded via the Internet, and the tremendous development in communications and information systems has led to what we might call a communication revolution This revolution has a huge and tremendous impact on traditional legal rules and systems. Electronic transactions are characterized by special features that differ from traditional transactions, but they are not compatible with traditional legal systems in all cases. Therefore, those who enacted legal legislation had to find solutions compatible with technological developments related to the law. On the other hand, in implementation of the principle of the will of the will, the principle is the freedom of the contracting parties to express their will, that is, the original in the contracts is consensual; therefore, the existence of two identical will, i.e. a certain affirmation and a corresponding acceptance of it, is sufficient to hold the contract in general and this applies naturally to the electronic contract.
