المستخلص This study aims to determine the impact of Quality of Work Life on competitive advantage and applied on the employees in private commercial banks in Mansoura city. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from an employees sample in Private commercial banks in Mansoura city. Sample size was 236, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that Quality of Work Life dimensions which represented in (Wages & rewards, moral working environment conditions, Job characteristics, working group, the manager’s style of supervision, and participation in decisions) were positively related with the competitive advantage dimensions which represented in (reducing the cost of service, quality of service, flexibility in providing the service, quick delivery of the service and creativity & innovation) in Private commercial banks in Mansoura city. Also results showed that Quality of Work Life as an independent variable had a significant effect on each dimension of competitive advantage as dependent variable.
