Abstract

Our study aim was to determine the prevalence rate of FM in RA patients according to Fibromyalgia criteria—2016 revision and to assess the relationship between PSD scale and composite measures of RA.
Our study included one hundred-thirty RA patients. The first step was to determine presence or absence of fibromyalgia according to PSD scale (2016 revision criteria),also assess intensity of FM according to divisions of PSD
The next step was to determine correlation betwwen PSD and RA disease activity measures (DAS28ESR, CDAI, Patient global assessment, Physician global assessment, VAS)
The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) level were also included in these analyses.
