The study aimed to measuring Job satisfaction as a mediator variable between labor relations and organizational commitment ”An Applied study on private sector banks in Mansoura City”. The study was based on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the research community was represented in all employees of the private banking sector in Mansoura, which the researcher included through a comprehensive inventory of the banks in question, which amounted to (343) bank employees. The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the study variables. The results of the study found that there is a correlation between the dimensions of work relations (influence, personal flexibility, creativity in relationships, skill of team leadership), and the dimensions of organizational commitment (emotional commitment, continuity commitment, normative commitment) in the private sector banks in Mansoura under study. The results also resulted in a significant effect of work relations on job satisfaction, and no significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and a significant effect of work relations on organizational commitment was proven. The results also showed that the positive impact of work relations on organizational commitment increases when job satisfaction is mediated.
