المستخلص The study aimed to identify the frameworks for dealing with corruption issues in the traditional and new media, and the extent of their reflection on the attitudes of the Iraqi public towards the executive authority. This study is one of the descriptive studies that used the analytical and field media survey method. The sample of the analytical study was the analysis of three news bulletins in Iraqi news channels. (Al-Sharqiya News Channel represents private channels, Al-Iraqiya News Channel represents government channels, and Afaq channel represents partisan channels) in a comprehensive inventory method in the time period from (1/11/2020 to 04/30/2021) for a period of 6 months,The content of a deliberate sample of Iraqi Facebook pages was also analyzed, represented in (Baghdad Today News Agency page, Iraqi Prime Minister’s Media Office page, Enough Corruption page), in the time period from (1/1/2021 to 3/31/2021) for a period of three months. The researcher applied his field study on a random sample of (400) respondents from Baghdad equally between males and females, and took into account the demographic variables (gender - age - education level - socioeconomic level) in the period from (1/5/2021 to 31/5/2021), using the content analysis and questionnaire tools.The study aimed to identify the frameworks for dealing with corruption issues in the traditional and new media, and the extent of their reflection on the attitudes of the Iraqi public towards the executive authority.
