Abstract
working environment for HCWs, it is important to increase awareness of the sensitizing and disease-causing effect of latex gloves in HCWs. Powdered latex gloves can be a hazard not only to the wearer but also to other people in the workstation. In an ideal situation latex-free gloves should be used, especially in high-exposure areas.
