Abstract This prospective cross sectional, non-randomized, noninterventional observational study that was performed on 20 eyes of 20 consecutive patients who diagnosed to have myopic CNV by fundus fluorescein angiography, optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography imaging. OCTA was performed using ―Topcon Corp, Japan‖. OCTA scan patterns of 3 × 3 mm2 and 6 × 6 mm2 centered at the macula were performed comparing with FFA images which are aligned to the OCTA images using retinal vascular landmarks and cropped to the corresponding dimensions (3 mm × 3 mm) to facilitate comparison and analysis. After full history and complete ophthalmologic examination, FFA, OCT and OCTA were performed for all patients after pupillary dilatation with tropicamide 1% eye drops. |
