المستخلص Objectives of the study: 1. Preparing a program for developing self-efficacy among technical secondary students and identifying its impact on future orientation and coping styles. 2. Identifying the differences between scores of the experimental group members in pre and post measurements of self-efficacy, future orientation, and coping styles. 3. Identifying the differences between scores of the experimental group members in post and follow up measurements of self-efficacy, future orientation, and coping styles. The approach taken in the study. The researcher followed the quasi-experimental approach. The study sample The sample of the experimental study consisted of (20) students (10 female students and 10 male students) from the third grade students at developed technical secondary school. Study results : 1. There are differences between pre and post measurements of the experimental group members of self-efficacy in favor post measurements. 2. There are differences between pre and post measurements of the experimental group members of future orientation in favor post measurements. 3. There are differences between pre and post measurements of the experimental group members of coping styles, where the degrees of active coping and the seeking for social support and positive reappraisal after the program increased, while the degrees of wishful thinking and venting of emotions and avoidance decreased. 4. There are no differences between post and follow up measurements of the experimental group members of self-efficacy. 5. There are no differences between post and follow up measurements of the experimental group of future orientation. 6. There are no differences between post and follow up measurements of the experimental group members of coping styles. |
