Abstract

The present study discusses unexplained recurrent missed miscarriages that are caused during IVF/ICSI cycles by chromosomal abnormalities, It’s considered an important study because it uses a hypothesis of PGS inspires the disposal of aneuploidies embryos prior to use in IVF procedures will improve implantation rates, increase pregnancy and live birth.
Chapter (1)
The first chapter is an introduction to the risk of miscarriage among women and various causes due to RM, the Incidence of failed fertilization after ICSI, and the clinical experience for diagnosis recurrent miscarriage. The differences between protocols of induction of ovulation in women with recurrent miscarriage. PGS has been suggested as a way to increase the success rate of assisted reproduction in some indications.
Chapter (2)
This chapter is special for Literature review for the study and an explanation of all previous literature on the study in brief and clarification of the techniques used to solve the problems of recurrent unexplained abortion during IVF/ICSI.
Chapter (3)
This chapter contains all the materials and methods used in the study, work steps and treatment used during stimulation protocol for ICSI women evaluation, as well as an explanation of the modern technology used in genetic analysis NGS and how to make a complete screening for chromosomes.
Chapter (4)
This chapter contains the results and discussion in a scientific manner in line with the results and the outcomes that we obtained from achieving the desired goal during the study.
Chapter (5)
The chapter gives the conclusion, references related to the thesis and our future studies.
