Abstract

Pregnancy is not only the time of tense that affect the women’s life physically and psychologically but it consider as a period in which the women’s health behaviors are most important such as decisions making regarding all the aspects related to pregnancy that also affect the woman and her unborn fetus.(1- 2) Every pregnant woman faces the risk of sudden and unpredictable complications.(3) This complications are often the leading causes of morbidity and mortality among women in childbearing ages in the developing countries. (4) Maternal mortality is an essential key indicator of population health and also social and economic development. According to World Health Organization (WHO) 2015; globally every day, approximately 800 women die due to the complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. (5) This key indicator shows the differential between developing and developed countries because 99% of all mortality related to pregnancy and childbirth occurs in developing countries especially among women residing in rural areas with low resource setting, and almost two thirds 65% occurred in an African region and south Asia.
