Abstract Background: Super paramagnetic nanoparticle can serve as drug carrier in controlled drug delivery and targeted at cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. In this work , iron oxide nanoparticles synthesized by co-precipitation method and the conjugate was made of nanoparticles covalently bound with (Tartaric acid , Gallic acid ) through amidation after modification of nanoparticles with Carboxy methyl chitosan, the nanoparticles were characterized through(SEM, Zeta potential, XRD, and Size distribution) ,cytotoxicity effect was evaluated for acids ,bee venom, and mixtures of bee venom and acids on A549 and WI- 38 cells and their anti-cancer activities were compared , and gene expression in A549 was estimated for(Bax, P53,Bcl2) genes also |
