Abstract The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy of the tunneling technique with modified free gingival graft (mFGG+TUN) compared to the tunneling technique with subepithelial connective tissue graft ( SCTG+TUN) in the treatment of multiple Millers class III gingival recession in term of the root coverage esthetic score (RCE), in addition to recession depth (RD), recession width (RW), gingival thickness (GT), keratinized tissue width (KTW), probing depth (PD) and clinical attachment level (CAL). Research hypothesis: Null hypothesis: In patients with Miller class III gingival recession, there is no difference between tunneling technique with modified free gingival graft and tunneling technique with subepithelial connective tissue graft regarding root coverage esthetic score. |
