المستخلص This study aimed to determine the relationship between bosses’ bullying and job engagement, and applied on employees of new Damietta construction device. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from an employees sample in New Damietta construction device. Sample size was 197, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that bosses’ bullying was negatively related with all dimensions of job engagement which represented in (Vigor Dedication and Absorption).Also results showed that bosses’ bullying (as independent variable)had a significant effect on each dimension of job engagement(vigor, dedication and absorption)(as dependent variable). |
