Age of patients ranged from 21 years to 58 years with mean 48.64±7.91 patients presented with chest pain are 480 (93%).while patients presented with dyspnea are 36 (7%). The prevalence of various cardio vascular risk factors among the study population was demonstrated in table [6] SMOKERS was 260 patients [ 50.4%] , HTN was 63 patients [12.2%], DM was 48 patients [9.3%], DYSLIPIDEMIA was 50 patients [9.7%] and Positive family history was 95 patients [18.4%]. Based on Albright et al, 2002.criteria of chronic stress: 21 patients (4.1%) had mild chronic stress, 200 patients (38.8%) had moderate chronic stress and 295 patients (57.2%). had severe chronic stress Table (9) while 86 patients (16.7%) are euthymic, 343 patients (38.8%) had mild depression and 87 patients(16.9 %) had moderate depression Based on Hamilton depression rating scale (Table 10) Patients had PCI or CABG:436 patients (84.5% ) undergo PCI while 41 patients(7.9%) undergo CABG and23 Patients (7.6%) undergo medical treatment
