Abstract The current study examines the mediation effect of green human resources management between corporate identity and corporate social responsibility. The study was applied on 328 employees of multiple managerial levels working in telecommunication companies in Alexandria. A structural equational modeling was used for testing the study hypotheses. The findings confirm that green human resource management is mediating the effect of corporate identity on corporate social responsibility. In addition, the findings supported the direct positive significant effect of corporate identity on green human resource and on corporate social responsibility. Moreover, the study supported the positive effect of green human resource management on corporate social responsibility. |
