Abstract Thirty patients were enrolled in the current study, were managed by arthroscopic independent double row repair technique. The follow-up period ranged from 23 months (first case) to 12 months (last case), with a mean follow up of 16 months. Inclusion criteria were symptomatic full thickness rotator cuff tear. Exclusion criteria included any previous shoulder surgery, active use of steroid, autoimmune or rheumatologically disease, or concomitant glenohumeral pathology or arthritis. The diagnosis of rotator cuff disease was suspected a clinical diagnosis. However, MRI were used for proving the clinical diagnosis and defining tear size, retraction, muscle atrophy and fatty infiltration, and to detect concomitant GH pathology |
