Abstract
Colon cancer is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. It is the third most common cancer worldwide and the fourth most common cause of death in the united state colon cancer ie the third most common cancer In Egypt cancer has no age predilection and more than one third of tumors affect a young population during the period (2013/2016). The cases of metastatic colon cancer (KRAS-wild type) presented to the police hospital were 81cases but Only 60 cases were a valuable regarding a pidemiologicel data, response criteria, assement of treatment outcome and survival issues median survival was significantly higher in the older age group,PFS was significantly higher in the absence of liver metastasis and patients who had 10 or more chemotherapy cycles had higher PFS compared to those who received less than 10 cycles. There was no other factor affecting PFS
