Abstract This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of different treatments in changing the color of incipient enamel caries over one year clinical service . Sixty incipient enamel caries for fifteen post-orthodontic treated patients were treated with resin infiltrant system (Icon), etch-and-rinse adhesive (Adper Single Bond 2 Adhesive), calcium phosphate based remineralizing agent (Clinpro white vanish) and fluoride based remineralizing agent (Bifluorid 10).
