المستخلص The purpose of the present study was to contribution of Alexithymia and Managerial Competencies in predicting Decision-Making Style in Times of Crisis Among the middle departments managers. The study sample was (50) middle departments managers.; mean age = 20.06± 1.59 years, female students consisted of (208); mean age = 47.6 ± 8.19 years. the tools of study consisted of three questionnaire; General Decision Making Scale (GDMS), Toronto Alexithymia Inventory and the Eight Great Competencies Questionnaire. The study has found that the total score of alexithymia, difficulty of identifying emotions, difficulty of describing emotions and Externally directed thinking predicting Rational, Dependent and avoidant decision making style in times of Crisis Among the middle departments managers. Also The interaction of the eight managerial competencies predicting Intuitive and Spontaneous decision making style in times of Crisis Among the middle departments managers. |
