المستخلص This study aims to develop the elements of physical fitness using specific exercises on squash players. Therefore, we find that developed countries in the sports field pay great attention to skill preparation, physical preparation, and psychological preparation in all its aspects to the degree of utmost importance, and allocate a percentage of their budget for scientific research in these aspects, which makes them It benefits from the results of this research to improve sports performance, which has become a field of competition at the local and international levels. Scientific progress in training methods and preparing players is one of the important aspects on which sports progress is based. This study was conducted on a sample that included 40 squash players, whose ages ranged between (11-13 years), who were deliberately selected from among the young people practicing squash in the Smouha and Sporting clubs in the under-13 age group. The application of the study continued for a period of 12 weeks connected to the reality of (3) training units per week. The duration of the training is (60) minutes for the training dose. After data collection and statistical processing, it was possible to reach. - The effectiveness of the training program using specific exercises helps to develop the elements of physical fitness for the squash players. |
