المستخلص The current research aimed to reach a proposed list of administrative requirements for the self-improving school system in the basic education stage in the Syrian Arab Republic. To achieve the aim of the research, the descriptive method was used, and the theoretical foundations of the self-improving school system and administrative requirements were identified, and the current reality of the basic education stage in Syria regarding the relevant documents was studied. A field study was conducted on a sample of school principals, their assistants and teachers through a questionnaire to identify the degree of importance of the administrative requirements of the self-improving school system in the basic education stage in Syria.
